Ilona has an exceptional skill for telling the stories of her life. Her love for Hal shines through every mention of him. A few lucky people have married someone who was their own
Oh my! Another beautiful and touching memory. I am so grateful that you, Ilona, are willing to share these tender and meaningful memories with us. I feel like they are entrusted to us to witness with you, to a beautiful and tragic segment in history, One that is not only for history books, but memories that connect us with flesh and blood people. Especially you, Ilona, who lived these years with courage and hope. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Not only these historical memories, but the unique and amazing relationship that you had, and still have, with your beloved Hal. You are an inspiration for all of us. I hope that our friendship helps hold you in the absence of you most beloved, I, we, love you totally from to bottoms of our hearts. Sharon
