A delightful story! I remember the first Mercedes-Benz, the red one. But I didn’t get to know the “bumble bee.” This was an additional glimpse into Hal. I think he was quite a thrill seeker behind the wheel! What adventures these two shared. And, I realize even more, as I read through these reflections, just how devoted our Ilona was to making her dear Hal happy. I am humbled….
