Thank you Marcie and Ilona, for blessing me with this story, taking me from a warm summer day, to December at Christmas.
Living on the ground floor has advantages, but this sounds frightening! I admire Ilona for opening her door; I am not sure that I would have her courage.
This story actually made me laugh! I can just see Ilona peeking through the curtains. If she had one, a baseball bat in her hands. Fearless she would confront the BEAR! h it was a harmless neighbour lost without keys. A memory they will both chuckle about from time to time. As they say,
