  1. Story number 100!! Wow, we should have some champagnes ourselves to celebrate Ilona’s accomplishments of 100 stories posted to this day!

As often in Ilona’s tales, this story captures the joys of friends and life!
    Enjoy, Marcie

  2. Oh my! I find out so many new things about our dear Ilona’s life through these tales. This is one of the most beautiful stories I have heard. I will keep it near and look at it again as the holiday season approaches. This absolutely speaks to the spirit of the season. I just love it! And you can feel Ilona’s joy through her retelling of this time in her life. So, now I think I might just show up on her doorstep with my suitcase in hand to see what might happen! Sending love dearest one…..

  3. That Christmas must have been so amazing for the three young women from Cuxhaven! It sounds positively magical. How lucky they were to have you and Hal to host them. This wonderful story brings a big smile to my face, and thoughts of how to make this Christmas as special as that one in 1967.
