I have always loved this beautiful screen that has been the backdrop of several of Ilona’s various homes/rooms, and a wonderful backdrop for pictures with loved ones–like the two samples here of Ilona with her beloved Jessika and her beloved Sharon in front of the screen. Now you can learn the story of the acquisition of this gorgeous piece! Enjoy–Marcie

I remember well the beautiful home that Hal and Ilona created in Bellevue, with the touches of Asian influence in the decor, elegance wherever one would look, and the black lacquer screen is indeed gorgeous!
